Rod SIpe has been performing as a professional entertainer for over thrity years.  In that time Sipe has presented over 15,000 shows with an assortment of magical feats, mixed with a brand of comedy that has amazed, amused and entertained audiences throughout the USA and Europe.  Not only a Magician, but also a FIRE-EATER, Rod SIpe is recognized as AMERICA’S PREMIER FIRE-EATING MAGICIAN, and is a featured performer in a variety of venues with his famous act performing as DR. H. DUMPE PHYSICIAN TURNED MAGICIAN L.B.P.

Sipe grew up in Paola Kansas where the family home was a former circus winterquarters, and being raised in the historic home sparked an interest in Sipe that has lead him to a life of performing and presenting acts of the circus sideshows.  SIpe collects and maintains an extensive library and collection of outdoor entertainment artifacts and in 2009 donated a part of his collection to the C.W. Parker Carousel Museum in Leavenworth Kansas.

First interested in magic at a young age Sipe now include illusions, sleight of hand, stand-up comedy, fire-eating and a lot of audience participation.

Sipes yearly tour begins each February, traveling in his custome tour bus first to Florida for twelve weeks and then touring throughout the rest of the country for th remainder of the year.

Recent performances include, CBS MOVIE OF THE WEEK “MONDAY AFTER THE MIRACLE”, RINGLING MUSEUM OF ART, COCA COLA, FORD MOTOR CO., MCDONALDS, A.T.&T., BUDWISER, BAYER CORP, BOULIVARD BREWING, HARRAH’S KC ROYALS, KANSAS CITY CHIEFS, MAXIM MAGAZINE and national tours with BROOKS AND DUNN’S NEON CIRCUS AND WILD WEST SHOW AND LOLLAPALOOZA.
